Overview and Cancellations:
Thank you for shopping with us, Violette Lashes detained the right to ship orders with (our carrier at the time, for example, USPS). After all orders are shipped the customer will receive an email containing the information on the package such as the tracking number.
*All orders placed on weekends (Saturday/Sunday) and orders placed on all Holidays will be placed the following business day.
Violette Lashes is not responsible once the package has been shipped, therefore if your package has been damaged and or lost upon arrival you will have to contact the carrier’s customer service before contacting our team.
We would like for you to ensure you have provided the correct shipping address as the customer is responsible for providing an extra fee of the shipping cost for initial shipping and if needed replacement.
For order cancellation, please contact Violette Lashes, violette.lashes0@gmail.com before you have received the tracking number. Once the tracking has begun there is nothing we will be able to assist you with upon cancellation of your order.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times:
Orders placed in the United States will be directed to Economy Shipping unless chosen otherwise. Depending on the shipping carrier the shipping prices may vary.
– Economy: 5 to 8 business days after shipment date
– Standard: 3 to 4 business days after shipment date
– Express: 1 to 2 business days after shipment date
Disclaimers Upon Shipping Times:
*After the shipment is dispatched from our location, the shipment times are in the hand of the carrier providing your package. We will send you the shipment tracking number, however after that, we can not give you the exact time of your package arrival. If your package has not been received in the timely manner of your purchased shipping time contact the provider upon the shipment number before you contact us.
Returns and Exchanges:
It is in our best interest that we do not accept returns that have been opened outside of their packaging to ensure sanitation and safety upon use. If in need of an exchange please email us at violette.lashes0@gmail.comfor us to have an understanding of why you are in need of an exchange before we further in any exchange. If we have come to an initial agreement on an exchange you must send it in its packaging unopened and before the 14th day of the original ordered date.
Likewise, if the return has been shipped and is in an understanding with our team and the date required our company will send you a refund for the price of the product, however, the price of shipping will not be included.
